Men are different. We have different ways of expressing ourselves. In this mens circle we learn how to say wha we mean. We learn how to self regulate ans manage stress using breath-work, changing mindsets, body awareness, self care. Just as the kings, warriors, wizards, and lovres did, we transform the world around us.
